By engaging Verdant Crest Farms for consultancy or soil auditing, you agree to these terms.

1. Services: We provide ecological agricultural consultancy. Yield increases are not guaranteed as they depend on weather, implementation, and prior chemical damage.

2. Intellectual Property: The Mycorrhizal Inoculation Protocol v3 is proprietary. Clients may not reverse-engineer or commercially distribute our custom spore blends.

3. Liability: Verdant Crest Farms is not liable for crop failure due to extreme climatic events.
